Why The Little Art Show

Over the past five years, the Riverdale Art Walk has enjoyed increasing support from the Riverdale community. This year, there was enormous visitor turnout, generous donations from the business community, and a 30% increase in the number of participating artists. RAW also attracted the attention of the larger Toronto art scene and the National Gallery in Ottawa.

RAW is incorporating as an independent organization, The Artists' Network of Riverdale, and is seeking creative alternate sources of funding and to provide another forum for artists to show their work to an enthusiastic audience. From this positive motivation The Little Art Show was born.
